Storage tanks

These tanks are produced individually upon customers request and in accordance to the local conditions.

Basically you have two options for cooling the beer in the tanks:

1. Storage tanks – one walled
Manufactured in Stainless Steel, one walled, not isolated, for positioning in the cold room. Sizes: 300, 540, 750 and 1.200 litres.
The tanks are equipped with:

fermenting plug with pressure control and manometer
high pressure valve
connection for beer pipe ½ “
connection for yeast pipe ½”
equipped for CIP cleaning with rotating spray ball

Benefit: the tanks are cheaper than the double walled ones with isolation.
Disadvantage: you need a cold room and an individual temperature control of each tank is not possible.

2. Storage tanks – double walled
Manufactured in Stainless Steel, double walled, for cooling with ice water, cooling jacket is covering the whole tank. Isolation with PU foam 50 mm.
Sizes: 300, 540, 750, 1.200, 2.400 litres.

The tanks are equipped with:

fermenting plug with pressure control and manometer
high pressure valve
connection for beer pipe ½ “
connection for yeast pipe ½”
equipped for CIP cleaning with rotating spray ball
electronic control for a guided temperature management.

Benefit: the temperature of each tank can be controlled individually.
Disadvantage: higher expenses and you need a more powerful ice water cooling unit.
