As a result of the technical design you can produce two brews nearly simultaneously. This conception is designed as a producing unit only, whereby an excellent ratio of price and performance will be achieved. The pipe connections between the cooker and the lauter tun / whirlpool are connected through a pump with flexible hoses. The respective hoses will be plugged manually to the particular valves by using a milk thread.

PUMP AND HOSES

pump (230 Volt/50 Hz) for mash, wort and also for fermentation with high grade tubes (designed for the food industry) and suitable supplies made of Stainless Steel, movable

Speed controlled rake machine, with two-armed knives, with different shapes, power supply 0,75 KW, speed controlling and interval mode, grains discharge slide made of Stainless Steel, removable
Vapour escape (condenser), Stainless Steel tube with installed countercurrent heat exchanger, equipped for heat recovery
Lightning for cooker and lauter tun, special lamps (12 Volt) with interval mode

Electronic timer (to program the start, individually for each day, for heating up the water to the requested mashing temperature)

Watercooled hydrometer station (made in Stainless Steel, for mounting at a wall, double walled cylinder made of Stainless Steel with water inlet and outlet, with wort outlet)

Vapour escape (dummy) for cooker and lauter tun, to cover the engine of the agitator and of the rake machine
