Labu cheese kettle

The Labu cheese kettle has been designed for curdling, yoghurt making and whey processing (quark) of raw milk. The processing temperature can be continuously adjusted up to 95°C. A special  design cutter guarantees 1,5 cm cheese cubes.


Special design, separates heating and cooling system

  • direct heating
  • improved energy efficiency compared to conventional systems
  • only very small amounts of water have to be heated along with the milk
  • cooling evenly distributed over the inner wall

Set with:

  • agitator
  • electronic controls
  • energy regulator (clock for gentle reheating)
  • outlet NW 65
  • stainless steel tilt rack


Optional:

  • cutter for curd
  • special ice water cooling to cool the milk in the pasteuriser down to 4°C
  • disc valve with 90° arc

 

Available in following sizes:

  • Labu Cheese Kettle 70 – 80 litres capacity, minimum capacity approximately 30 litres milk – 5,5 kW installed load
  • Labu Cheese Kettle 150 – 200 litres capacity, minimum capacity approximately 50 litres milk – 11,5 kW installed load
  • Labu Cheese Kettle 300 – 370 litres capacity – 18 kW installed load
