Fruit processing

Following the trend towards self-marketing and creation of natural and unadulterated vegetable and fruit juices, we developed equipment for small scale and hobby gardeners, so that they are better able to preserve extracted juices.

Our focus when it comes to fruit processing lies on vinegar production. Our vinegar plants work on the basis of the submersion method, special bacteria rapidly change the alcohol of the cider to vinegar.

To improve  wine quality, providing restrained fermentation, we developed a complete system to cool the wine within the tanks.
